My experience with my doctor at this practice has been great. I've been with Dr. Lim for about 15 years and she delivered both of my boys. Through both of my pregnancies I saw the other doctors in the practice and thought they were all fantastic. I just updated my review for this practice to 4 stars. Scheduling an appointment is not perfect, but it is much improved in the past year. And having just visited, the reception staff were extremely helpful and kind. Great improvements in some of the customer service aspects of this practice over the past couple years to match the high-quality patient care they provide.
This place needs to evaluate some of its doctors. Long story short, my wife was 39 weeks pregnant and scared into a c section because 1 doctor was incompetent and told her to go to the hospital and all subsequent staff continued to scare us into staying at the hospital to be induced. Do yourself a favor and find a different practice.
I have been a patient for a couple of years now and I loved my doctor, however not all of the staff is as likable. I have had previous annoyances, but nothing as irritating as the current run around. I called to schedule my annual appointment maybe two or three weeks ago. I was told by one of the secretaries two things. One: That I needed to call my insurance and see if their office are still a provider and that my insurance could be used. Two: Call back in a few days when I could actually schedule for October because the calendar wasn't allowing them to post yet. Well I work two jobs, so it took me a couple of weeks. Today I called and my insurance stated yes my doctor is still listed as a provider. Naturally I call their office to schedule my annual. The secretary tells me shes going to check with billing because they dropped some insurances. When she comes back to the phone she hastily tells me that they no longer will take my plan. I don't care who's fault it is, but maybe someone should you know contact the insurance company that they made me call and tell them. Or how about letting me know prior that you're dropping my insurance and that I need new options. Also it'd be nice if one of the staff could actually pretend that they care. Super happy I'm not pregnant or that I have any known issues or i'd be in a worse situation.
