I did not receive quality care from this office. I had a high risk pregnancy of identical triplets. I was not referred to a specialist even though he said he felt there should be more than 1 placenta. Of the three appointments I had, the doctor was only in the room to see the ultrasound on one of them. As a result of poor prenatal care, my babies suffered twin to twin transfusion. At 16 weeks, I went to the ER bc I had polyhydramnios and was not able to keep down any solids or liquids for fours days. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR, I had not ate in four days bc I was throwing up day and night at least 4 times a day .I would call the nurse hotline to the doctor’s office and they would keep saying you’re pregnant the sickness is normal. When I got to the ER, I was admitted when they could not pick up a heart beat or at least they were confused bc mines was doing 130-140. The next day, I had to deliver all three of my baby girls with misopristol bc they were gone ....When I went back to office to retrieve my records, I wondered why no interventions were done on any of my babies behalf to get them into this world safely ... I felt like we were just left to miscarry bc twin to twin transfusion has stages as well as success stories from laser ablation surgery but of course it took me to research and educate myself on the matter after the fact. I did not even get to hold them after they passed from my body bc the nurse prepared their bodies for pathology without asking me if I wanted to see them first. I have contemplated on a lawsuit many many many days. It was my first pregnancy and I was unaware of my rights and what level of care my babies truly needed being as that he did not even refer me to a specialist as if he had us under control. I trusted him with my life and all three of theirs. When you are pregnant, and as sick as I was, you expect the doctor to provide that care and to anticipate any complications. I guess he thought he could handle three babies, but I have no babies to show for it so HE COULD NOT. Would not recommend him.
Words can even begin to express the gratitude that I have for Dr Wolfe. He is truly supportive (not a doctor who will "let" or "allow" you) of what the Lord created your body to do. After trying for 2 pregnancies to find a VBAC supportive doctor, I found Dr Wolfe. I had my natural VBAC with Dr Wolfe and then another VBAC this year.
Dr wolf, whom I think of as family now, is absolutely amazing. Not only as a doctor but as a human being. I was a traumatized girl when I started going to him after suffering every abuse possible for years nd this dear man took the time to make sure that I was as relaxed and comfortable as someone like me can be. He made sure that I knew everything that he was doing and gently talked to me but never talked down to me like some doctors do. He even let me pick which nurse I was most comfortable with to be in the room with us. He delivered my son exactly 16 years ago on this very day! If you want a doctor that treats you individually and who is kind and gentle then you found him!
I love the office staff! Very friendly, professional, and helpful! I love Dr. Wolfe! I'm glad he is my OB.
You will wait to see the doc but when you need him to listen he takes the time needed. He delivered my son and was willing to do everything he could to make... Read more at Yelp.com.
