My complaint about an unsuccessful root canal by Dr John D Regan of plano was received by Debbie Rogers at TDA, and Lisa McLerran and Dr Phillip Schnert at North Texas dental Society, who did all they could to delay it with red-tape and poor communications. After several months of the "peer review" process, Dr Regan agreed to refund 1/2 of his almost $2K fee, but then he stalled for weeks before reneging on the refund. Debbie Rogers, Lisa Mclerran, and Dr Schnert let more delays pass and then withdrew the process, leaving me without communications to TDA, NTDS or Dr Regan. The Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs is reviewing the case (CGS-61948) as it appears there may have been a scam by TDA and NTDS.
