When I first went the eye doctor was he very nice. After the examination I told him I had insurance that would cover the frames. I told him what type of frames I was looking for and he did not show me the frames I wanted. So I just pointed to onces I like and he did not want to show me the ones I wanted. After that I just took any frames. I asked him if insurance covered them and he said yes. Buy the end of the that i had to pay $370 because he lied. When I came back to pick up my frames thats when he decided to show me which frames insurance covered.When I got my NEW frames back they were all cracked and people just kept pointed it out. So I just went to another sterling optical in South Shore Mall (Excellent Service) and they fixed the for me!!!
