Coming to Dr. Rupert's office has been the best decision I've made when it comes to my teeth! I've experienced a couple of dentist but never have I had such... Read more at Yelp.com.
I didn't even want to give one star. I have no problem paying out of pocket for a extraction. But I refuse to be told to pay for the visit and a x-ray before my tooth can be extracted with the extraction possibly set for another date. at the rate of my pain it is not something that can wait. I cannot eat not sleep. I cannot put any pressure on my teeth. It is a far back tooth on my left side and this place only tried to make as much money off me as possible rather than care and help. Oh yeah. Happy birthday to me I got to post the truth in a review of how bad this place can be. !
Friendly staff and great service. I rarely have to wait to be seen. Very comfortable with Dr Rupert handling my dental care
The ease of access to where I live and the friendly nature of the staff is much appreciated. They are very attentive to one's needs and do an excellent job of cleaning one's teeth. I recommend going to this dentist if anyone lives in the Robinson, Kennedy, McKees Rock, or Moon area.
I am a dentalphobic, deathly afraid of dentists. An emergency brought me to this office because my wife and kids go here and she loves them. Dr. Rupert is magical. Pretty extensive work done and I didn't feel a thing and had a ball. It was actually fun(I'm not related to this guy). He's definitely on the ball and his entire staff(especially Ashley) is beyond outstanding. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. RTS is number one in my book and I'm NO LONGER AFRAID OF THE DENTIST!
This one is really hard to rate, since I'm a fan of those inside the building, but dealing with parking there is HORRIBLE. Their parking lot is WAY too small and has no lines, so sometimes there would be an extra spot if there were lines and people parked mostly inside them. I had to park basically blocking the door and making it more difficult for most people, impossible for anyone in a wheelchair to get inside (per their recommendation), which I hate doing. Everyone working there is wonderful and it seems like I've found another great dentist. I just wish their parking situation didn't suck. Having been there, I'll definitely go back, but if you haven't yet, I'd suggest maybe looking for a dentist that has parking first and go here if you don't find that. The people are great, parking is hell.
