Dr. McAllister, Rebecca, and the entire ProOrtho staff were professional, competent and courteous before, during and after my MIS hip replacement November 3, 2015. As a Canadian patient I especially appreciated the extra care taken to make sure my surgery and recovery went smoothly and quickly. My brief stay at Evergreen Hospital exceeded my expectations in every way. Surgery was Nov. 3 and we flew home to Calgary November 5. Well done ProOrtho!
While I respect my physicians at ProOrtho, I've had to wait an hour without being informed of the Dr. running late. The most recent visit I waited 45 min. There should be a screen in the waiting room and/or a text message/email informing patients of the updated status of their appt. The Everett clinic has a screen with each Dr.'s status in there waiting room and it's great. You can grab a coffee or use the restroom !
Consultation Fees is too high for a junior doctor (Joshua) and not at all active while consulting the patients.
The billing department is the worst. Stay away from these people. I had an issue with my insurance company not properly settling my bill. I even called the office to explain the situation. The office didn't document my call and sent my bill to collection. Instead of trying to resolve the situation they decided to try and ruin my credit. Fair warning to anyone, this billing department is very unprofessional
