Coronary Care Unit. Medical Staff were really fantastic. All General Duties staff were very friendly, helpful & caring. Every thing very clean. As hospital stays go, it was the best I have had, and I have had many for various reasons.

My mother is staying there and cannot speak highly enough of the staff who are assisting her. However they need to have had a look at food served and I would give that the food is one star, not sure how they can serve cold cooked food consistently. Hospital management if you read these reviews, try out one the patients lunches or dinners then maybe you may consider opportunities for improvement in the kitchen department. Overall great hospital with a caring nature. Keep up the good work.

Poor service for a private hospital, still sending me letters about health fund rebate even though we fully funded! No beds for relative in private room, just a shonky chair thing. lack of nurses on ward. Building old and tacky....stick to Mater private or public, better by miles

I found this hospital extremely disappointing for a very expensive private hospital. I waited 5hrs for my mothers doctor whom I was told would contact me, or just anybody to contact me about her procedure that I was informed would take 1and a half hours to do. Worried sick something bad had happened after 5hrs had passed I had to chase it up and was told she is in recovery and will be taken to a ward in half an hour and they would call me. It is now 3hrs no call and still waiting have been in this hospital since 6.30am with not one person to contact me regarding my mother and it is now 2.30pm not happy terrible service.

The nursing care in orthopaedics is WELL BELOW standard in fact it below public hospital care. My wife came from ICU after spinal surgery did not connect up any drips or monitoring when asked about it the answer was When we get around to it. That took 5 plus hours. This is many incidences where the nursing staff were lacking.
