My visit was fine, the space is nice and the PA I saw was friendly, but it is extremely inconvenient that they do not offer online bill pay. Sending payment through the mail is insecure. It's 2017. I've been paying medical bills online for at least the last 10 years...it's time to get on board, folks.
I was referred to Dr. Norris for patch testing. I was so impressed with staff and Dr. Norris i would recommend her to anyone, who is looking for a Dr that listens.
Dr. Norris and her team of highly qualified healthcare professionals have made such a positive impact on our lives. We feel important and genuinely cared about during every patient visit. Every experience is amazing! Thank you, Dr. Norris and team!
Okay, if you look at my stats, it's a rare day for me to write a negative review. However, I have seen three top dermatologists in Los Angeles, and most... Read more at Yelp.com.
I have been going to Dr. Norris for years - I trust her to give me a good assessment of what is needed to keep my skin healthy. I really appreciate her willingness to respond to my detailed questions and get a well rounded answer - she really knows her stuff and it's clear to me that she stay on top of the latest technology in her dermatology field. I've always felt like she has given me adequate info so that I am empowered to make educated decisions around skin care. I have also referred several individuals who have all had great experiences. The staff is equally helpful and supportive. I saw a couple recent comments about the staff and Patricia's assistant scribe that seemed off putting to some - With all due respect, I am not paying for my doctor's expertise in typing up my notes - I appreciate that she is using resources (such as a scribe) to help keep her focused on what she does best - being a resource for me when it comes to my skin. I find that I get the most out of my visits when I go in with a clear agenda and have a list of questions I would like answered and I stay on task. I don't expect Patricia to be a mind - reader so expecting her to meet all of my needs with asking for what I want I don't think puts anyone into a position to be successful with their doctor. Sorry for the rant but I felt compelled to say something after some of the most recent negative comments. I have a high level of expectations with my health care providers and really feel Dr. Norris has met those for over ten years now. Highly recommended.
I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Patricia Norris. I carefully researched my decision in my first dermatology visit. I wanted a skin check and also to discuss solutions for my aging skin. I was interested in treatments. Dr. Norris saw me for less than 5 minutes. She walked into the room with a man scribe, apparently she cannot take her own notes, and looked over my naked front and then back and that was it. Her only recommendation was that I wear sunscreen, which i already do religiously. She also had her assistant test me to purchase a make-up product. It was the worst experience with a medical professional that I have ever had. There was absolutely no consultation and having a man in the room for no real function was very off-putting.
