Make sure you read the fine print on your receipt...can't return ANYTHING even if its never been used...was told she couldn't possibly put the UNUSED and never UNWRAPPED item back on the shelf..."you should have read your receipt"...even if it was measured incorrectly by them... Buyer Beware !!!

Terrible experience from afar. I was fitted with a boot in a MA office covered by Tufts Health Plan but the boot wasn’t so initially I got a bill. Tufts however agreed to pay the entire cost when I appealed to them, as they will when you cannot possible know that medical equipment is not covered. Yet the company refused to turn over the W9 -and the employees I spoke to- a Julie in particular- were adamantly ignorant of the process. They actually sent me to collections at which point I had Tufts get in touch yet again and finally they got the form and Tufts could pay them. The whole thing was just remarkably unprofessional. I asked to speak to the chief executive before posting this- and had she referred me I wouldn’t have bothered to post.
Employees are aware of a single paradigm and seem unable to go beyond that. They work mechanically and generically. I rarely post reviews but there are so many medical supply companies that I'd avoid this one, at least in NH. In MA it might be very different. People here are aware that out-of- network services end up being covered after appeal all the time.

Great products, great ortho staff. However, the office staff has no customer service skills and expect the consumer to do their job. Completely unprofessional. It is a shame they are only one of the few places where you can go for this type of service.

The staff wasn't very friedly and I was treated unfairly. Billing me for something that I refused at the hospital. They over charge for the items to begin with. They wouldn't remove a $49 charge on my bill after my isn. already paid for a large portion of the bill. It was only a plastic foot boot. $215.50 REALLY!!!!! for a plastic boot? They will never get my business every again.

Very friendly staff and great products! The staff is not only knowledgeable about their products, but they show genuine care for their customers. Why would you want to purchase DME anywhere else? No doubt that they deserve 5 stars. Highly recommend!
