I should earn frequent flyer miles. Depending on what time you come in, yes there may be a wait but it's better than going to an ER. I've never had a problem with the staff.
I have been coming here and I love my doctor. He is very up to the beat. And he explains everything to me..
So many people here are complaining about the wait or customer service. When I go to an urgent care, my only concern is the medical treatment I receive. I expect a wait when I'm going to a walk-in clinic. Anywhere you go you're bound to find someone who has poor customer service skills. I don't know about you, but I just want to feel better.
The doctor himself was amazing. But tbere is one girl...not even a lady at the front desk she's the youngest there. Who has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen at a doctors office. Long story short she couldn't find my disability papers and told me she didn't know what to tell me after she was the one who told me the day prior that she knows the Secretary was filing it out....wtf do u mean I don't know what to tell me THAT'S YOUR JOB. Sorry u actually had to get up to look for it. And it wasnt even done!
this place is very cold. the phone system is attached to their myriad other locations and is an exercise in patience and recordings. i have never been seen on the time of my appointment, so be prepared to wait a while before you're quickly looked over and rushed out the door
if you need surgery, this is definitely the place to go, but you will never see that dr again
