I absolutely love every experience I have had with this clinic. I adore the practitioner's kindness and skill - I went through a painful IUD placement process and they were so kind and soothing that it made the whole procedure miles easier on me. I will never go anywhere else!
I came to this place for a follow up after getting an ultrasound on my ovary. It was already confirmed that I had a cyst that I had been having some minor problems with but I needed to talk to a doctor about what to do/treatment plans/removal. First, I don't think I got seen by the actual nurse/doctor, she was an assistant to or maybe a new nurse practitioner, not sure, but she said she would discuss the appointment at the end of the day with the actual doctor. Secondly, I never actually got examined, we just talked the entire time, I sat in a chair, the nurse, I guess never felt she had a reason to examine me nor run any tests. The conclusion of the appointment was "wait and see", they wanted me to come back in 2 months. I felt like this was not a good diagnosis nor did they seem to care about my issue, so I booked an appointment with another doctor elsewhere for a second opinion; but that didn't matter... 3 DAYS, only 3 days, after seeing this nurse I ended up in the E.R. having to have emergency surgery for my ovary to be removed due to complications and pain associated with the cyst I had seen this clinic about. Needless to say I will never be coming back here, and their lack of caring or examination led to a hospital stay for me and months of recovery. To add insult to injury, my insurance didn't cover the one appointment I had at this place due to my cyst being a pre-existing condition and I'm still paying off the bill for them doing absolutely nothing.
I went here a couple of times and my experience so far is not so great. My doctor was 30 minutes late for my appointment, because she said the first appointment of the day was late and threw everyone off, and was with me for a total of 10 minutes. She said she'd be happy to answer all my questions regarding whatever I was there for, but when I started asking away, she said she doesn't have any more time for me and I'd have to schedule another appointment. Afterwards, they forgot to call my prescription in and I had to follow up 2 separate days to see why my prescription is not ready. Initially they said 1 hour, I picked it up more than 48 hours later. Talk about "urgency" and "care", both concepts absent at this place. I also called to have my prescription refilled and they had transferred to the call center at 4:47, even though they're supposed to be closing at 5:00, and therefore my call was considered "after-hours" If their goal is to make their patients feel ignored and unimportant, they're doing a great job.
