Customer service is horrible. Tried to get help with my contacts and kept getting the run around. Go to a different location if possible.
I scheduled an appointment by phone and got a confirmation from Ashley left on my v.m. confirming the time. When I arrived, they were not open and the closed sign showed they opened at 9 a.m., which was a half hour AFTER my scheduled appointment. I called and got their v.m. giving the same hours on the door. This was a waste of my time. I called and left a message to cancel and that I would be going elsewhere. They didn't even bother to call and apologize or explain. Not good for new customer business.
Walked in was seen right away. Customer service was excellent!!! Very helpful with getting glasses that was best suited for me, contacts are ordered and the price was very reasonable. Definitely will recommend them!!
They wouldn't take our Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount more!!!
I called to schedule an appointment and instead of the woman offering me other days she suggested me taking my kids to another facility. Not very good customer service at all!
