For treatment metric summary, we include only non-donor fresh embryo treatments with patients younger than 35 years old to ensure we can compare all clinics apples-to-apples on the same metrics as success metrics vary widely by each age group. The "Number of cycles" metric for summary category includes all treatments.

Desde el ingreso el viernes hasta hoy, el trato y la atención han sido absolutamente impecables. Excelente personal en la zona de urgencias pediátricas, quirófano y planta. Nada que ver con la experiencia de hace dos años, que aunque fue correcta, tuvimos algún problema con el trato por parte de algunos miembros del personal de planta. Felicidades, salimos entusiasmados con el servicio.

I MUST say this Hospital is superb and nice people who care even if you do not speak the language.However there is always one cog in the wheel needing oiling......Radiology is usng a machine remotely controlled. I arrived at 8am and was treated with the great respect the hospital is known for . I changed and as I am 83 was assisted by a very helpful young lady.I was told to lie face dow then turn over and was assisted throughout drink a special drink to aid the imagery. The controller could not get a result so I was asked to get dressed and keep walking for about half an hour. I was called back and the process began again. There was a board with a screw at the bottom that was used to compress my intestines.This was remotely controlled . This time it pressed harder but also moved up and was dropped very heavily on my rib cage.I had to yell out as it kept dropping on my ribs.Painful on intestines but terrible on ribs.No result. again at least 3 more times...keep walking..I did .and again hit the ribs.I understand frustration for the operator but very painful for me. Go and eat and come back.SAME again.I finally exhausted and sat .The operator a big man came out and said "KEEP WALKING that is the problem." The woman assistant remained apologetic and helpful.About the 7 or so time another male assistant appeared and witnessed the dropping and I had to yell out with pain and with all my strength lift it off my ribs.Eventually the assistant came in put me in a different position..said "that's it
The point is staff again very caring but an operator never once came to apologise.Maybe the equipment,or operator but today I SUFFER WITH BRUISED PARTS.My other experiences in the hospital excellent. .
