Dr. Susan Erk is one of the best obgyns. She takes her time listening to you and is fully supportive of your decisions. Only downfall is the wait time can be long due to the staff spending time with other patients. I don't mind this since the staff is awesome. Quality over quantity wins.

One of the best OB/GYN. Very good listener and always takes good care. Getting appointments is little difficult but that's because she is so good and lots of people visit her.

If you want an OBGYN who will sit and actually listen to you Dr. Erk is who you're looking for. Dr. Susan always takes a long time with me, makes sure she gets all the information and covers all bases. Because of her attentive care I have had several successful surgeries for my endometriosis and she helped me to overcome my infertility of seven years when all other OBGYNS/Specialists I had previously seen said I would never have a baby. The wait times in her office are often long, but if you consider the time and compassion she puts into taking care of every patient she sees, including you, it's worth waiting for. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sue and I recommend her to anyone, especially if you have endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, ovarian cysts, or any other reproductive ailments. She cares about you and treats you like a person. She listens, and doesn't treat you like a moron, will answer all your questions and never rushes you out the door. If you go expecting to wait it's not that bad.

They have been following up for a payment for a service taken by my wife—which has been already paid. Quite annoying to get mails from them every week asking for payments. We tried reaching them on call, which took us 100 attempts to get through as they never pick up. No EXEGERATION! The payment receipt was confirmed finally by them when we were able to get through finally. It turned out that initially they had entered the wrong birth date in their system, and so the records were not matched with the insurance company. Later when they did correct the system, the payment went through. We have a confirmation of payment made by the insurance company, YET we keep receiving mails from them asking for payments, which is quite annoying and unprofessional on their part

My experience at this facility was nothing but terrible. I had issues with my prescription at one point and it took multiple phone calls and visits to get it switched. After this, the office gave me a prescription and a sample for a name brand prescription without authorizing it with my insurance. I went to go fill the prescription at the pharmacy and was told the office didn't get approved for authorization of the prescription so I left without any medicine. And this occurred without giving me a phone call to tell me the conflict. This office is inconvenient and does not work with your schedule. After multiple prescription changes and facing a list of side effects, I am leaving this OB-GYN office to find somewhere with friendlier and more helpful staff. You learn in any medical profession to have bedside manners and be respectful with patients. The nurses and staff at this facility do not follow this standard. You are better off finding a different OB-GYN office. I will never be going back.
