I read on the website that the local db was for all ages and could do pediatric dentistry. I took my three year old son and they charged 80 dollars to look at him for five minutes and tell me what I already knew, that he needed a filling. They then said they couldn't do it because he was too young and then said he would need to go do this again at a pediatric dentist. I called around, they all have to do initial inspection themselves so the 80 dollars and time spent at db was a complete waste. Basically if you have a child, don't take the to db...

My 80 year old mother made the mistake of seeing these money hungry, inept clowns. She had a tooth that was very sore so the dentist took x-rays and then proceeded to rub fluoride into the sore tooth, saying that would fix it.
After a couple of days it was still sore so she went to another practice where the dentist said that the tooth was cracked and would need repair work.
As she already had an x-ray taken, that dentist got on to DB Dental to email it through to him so he could confirm this and save her having another x-ray. DB Dental then rang my mum and told her that it would cost her $12 for them to email the x-ray to the new dentist.
So not only can't they read their own x-rays, they then decide to gouge customers who want to go elsewhere. She was already charged $48 for the x-ray so she should have been able to take it with her anyway, that's what happens when you go and get x-rays from other places. Then to have the audacity to charge $12 to send an email? What a ripoff, especially for a pensioner. Money hungry clowns - stay well away!!

Horrible Experience. went for general check up and cleaning. after 8 months not visiting a dentist. 3 x-rays, check up, SLEAZY CHAT and what they call cleaning took total of 20 minutes. Yes you read it right. it was all done in 20 minutes. plus went there without a bad breath and taste now I have got both. I will be visiting my local dentist soon. Don't get sucked into their ads.
