Terrible Customer Service. Canceled my first appointment last minute and they let me make another one. I had something come up two days before I called 4 different times and no one answered/There was no answering machine. When they finally answered the next day they said they would charge me to make a second appointment with them. They lost a customer(Thousands of dollars) over a ridiculous policy. The lady on the phone kept trying to convince me to just make the appointment and pay the fee, she never apologized for not having answering system on. I told them I would not pay a fee, I tried calling them multiple times and was unable to get through to them. The customer is always right! They do not understand basic customer service at this office.

I visited Dr. Mintzberg in Chambers Street Orthodontics to glue one part of my fixed lingual retainer. (I had braces years ago) this March. It was good then. But, it fell off in 6 weeks. I will revisit this place and update my review.

This is my second review. I revisited today. Just like the first visit there, Dr. Mintzberg thoroughly and kindly explained the problem with my retainer and get it retouched!
