This is the absolute best dental office i have ever been to. the staff is super friendly and welcoming. very professional dentists and dental hygienists. kate was my hygienist, & she's the 1st and only person that didn't leave me in pain after a cleaning. i barely felt her floss!! awesome awesome awesome!!

Beautiful office, friendly employees, and one of the best dental experiences i've ever had! dr. kevin also did some cosmetic dentistry on my front anteriors and people constantly tell me how beautiful my teeth are. he is compassionate, gentle, and a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry. highly recommend!

My experience with this practice was wholly disappointing. i first tried making an appointment online, but, after several days with no call back, i made an appointment via phone. my appointment was scheduled for a tuesday. the thursday before the appointment, i received an automated voicemail reminder that included a phone number i could call to cancel if needed. the message included no instructions for confirming, and i had no further contact with the office (online, phone, etc.). when i arrived for my appointment on tuesday, the receptionist told me my appointment had been canceled. the receptionist repeatedly insisted that i had canceled it on their system, to which i repeatedly replied that i had not. she finally mentioned something about the office being in the process of switching systems, so maybe that had something to do with it. i told the receptionist that i had driven 1.5 hours to get there, which apparently didn’t impress her at all, as they were preparing for lunch break. she told me i could come back the following day (i.e., make the 3-hour round trip again). my appointment was for a short consultation only, not some lengthy dental procedure. since the appointment was canceled through no fault of mine, i can’t imagine they couldn’t squeeze in a few minutes for me after realizing i traveled such a long distance. if this is indicative of the importance they place on patients, i’ll look for another dentist.

I have been a patient at carolina dental for over 3 years. i found them on a google search specifically looking for tmj relief. dr. kevin stroller met with me and my husband and mapped out a solution involving retraining my muscles and relieving the headaches that are associated with pain. being a vocalist, tightness in the shoulders, neck, and jaw are not particularly friendly and cause havoc during performances. the staff was attentive and informative and called to check in every week during treatments. now as an everyday patient for cleaning and maintenance their work continues to be extremely exemplary. i can't begin to say thank you enough.

Love to go to the dentist but not this place! reviews were good online, close to my house and no appts for over a month, so this place had to be the real deal right? hardly. no reminder phone call for appt, unfriendly staff, from the front desk who didn't greet me (even though i was the only person in the waiting room) to the hygienist named emilie. unhappy person? hates her job cleaning teeth? maybe had a bad day? regardless, as a new patient she made me feel as if i had done a disservice showing up to get my teeth cleaned! the dentist was great and personable saying i'm a perfect dental patient. but i have worked in healthcare for 15 years and this is not the way you want your patient to feel. hygienist had horrible bedside manner, rushed me through my first appt and was so rough i had tears in my eyes. i'd rather drive back to my dentist in atlanta than to go here again.
