I have been coming here for some years now. I love the staff and the service that I receive. Dr. Hasson is excellent along with the eye glasses specialist. Thank you for great service and advice.

I love Dr.Thomas, he is so caring and concerned about his patients. I have dry eyes and he does everything he can to help me. He goes out of his way to help me. I really appreciate everything he does. I have also seen Dr. Raflo who also is very good and has helped with my dry eyes. They both are outstanding doctors and I just love them both.

It was good at first got my son in to see dr brown everything was good until my ex wife said I never seen an issue with his eyes and dr brown looked at me and said well 9 times out of 10 the mother is always right. That comment didn't have to be made I brought him in to make sure my son was okay even if nothing was wrong with his eyes I would of still brought him. I will never bring my son there again

Terrible experience with tattoo of eyeliner by Dr. Raflo. DO NOT get eyeliner tattoo here unless you want to fix it EVERY DAY. Both attempts at filling in the line added NO ink. Messy lines that are uneven. Even got charged to try to get it filled in correctly.

Let me first say that I have been a patient at this office for about 15 years and my family have been patients even longer than that. I always saw Dr Thomas, who is always caring, compassionate and a truly excellent physician. It is unfortunate that he is/was a part of this joke of an office. Because he semi-retired a few years ago, it's hard to get an appointment with him, so I made one with Dr Hasson instead. I cannot express how unhappy I was with my most recent visit with Dr Hasson. He is rude, unprofessional and uncaring and I will never see him again. As I stated before, Dr Thomas was the ONLY reason I went to this office, because the way the place is run is a joke. There are always like 15 girls up front and only about 2 (if you're lucky), actually doing anything. They treat you like a number and want their money up front before you even see a doctor. Dr Hasson is one of the main reasons, as I said, for my review. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time (of course), I was finally taken back into the exam room by the nurse, who was very nice. The sink is literally right outside said exam room, and the door was left wide open. Dr Hasson proceeded to the sink where the nurse was still standing and starts chewing her out for something she did wrong with his last patient. He is literally dressing her down right in front of me, and continues on his verbal rant by saying how he is ready to go home "let's just get through this day and go home", etc. How completely unprofessional are you to talk to your staff that way in front of patients???? When he finally got in the room, he never asked how I was, NOTHING but rudeness and a complete lack of care. Guy had an attitude the whole time and was a complete jerk. Scolded me for not getting my eyes dilated because "it's like going to the dentist and not opening your mouth." I faithfully go to the eye doctor every year and give them $150 only so I can get my contact lenses, so I really don't appreciate him acting like I don't take care of my eyes. Needless to say I will never be back to see this poor excuse for a doctor, and have complained to the office. If you are looking for a doctor who actually cares about his patients, PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't visit him.
