The worst ever experience. Message to any person out there please do not go here. My father went in with severe tooth pain who is quite elderly and is diabetic with several other issues. They had made him sign up for NHS services with them due to a tooth ache. After the consultation to just have a look charged him £71.00. They had then informed him this is a one off charge for the initial check and you will receive a NHS services from then onwards. Called up again today after 2 weeks as he wanted to have his tooth removed as he couldn't bare the pain. First was informed by the rude staff that they couldn't fit him in today and to book him in on Monday and he will be charged £55.00 just to look at the tooth and further charges will apply depending on what needed to be done. Wasn't happy about this as was told something else when registering with them. Was told Will receive a call back to see if this matter could be solved.
Call received from the Practice manager named Ali Jamal who informed he won't be an NHS patient till the 3rd August 2017 as this is how there process is. He advised if you can't wait till then you will need to come on Monday and pay as a private patient. My father was not happy as he was told false information initially then received a really bad service on the second time round, also couldn't bare the pain anymore and wanted to have the tooth removed. The practice manager - Ali Jamal informed if your not happy then will cancel your appointments down and remove you from our records and then hung up the call as I informed him that I will be taking matters further and making a complaint.
Please advise to you all do not visit this cowboy dentist practice. It's a money making scam which is full of rude staff which do not care about there patients care other than money.
A very kind, gentle dentist. My experience has been as good as going to the dentist can be. Everyone has been professional and caring.
Awful, unprofessional service. For a routine scale and polish the machine broke down after two minutes. They still charged me. Arrogant the lot of them.

We were sent a penalty for misinformation ... because we were misinformed by the receptionist about medical exemption. When we rang up the NHS to sort this out they asked us to visit the dental practice and see if they could email/write explaining they made a mistake and help us sort out this mess. Great we thought that would be fine and the dental practice would help us.
Wrong. My mother was spoken to my the manager very rudely, told that 'How dare she' be sent to the surgery. The receptionist admitted they probably made a mistake but the manager would not allow any blame on themselves. When asked how to take a complaint further he replied "Well I'm the manager. You can email me."
