Languages spoken at the clinic include English, Russian, Ukrainian, French, and Spanish.
Helpful, knowledgable, and seek to work with and for the client including the client's insurance company. Highly recommend!
Fast. Professional. It's not often I can say a visit in a hospital is a good experience.
Quite expensive even in comparison with Norwegian clinics, but my insurance take care of that. I'm very pleased with my visit.
Never had a bad experience. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable doctors.
I've been a patient in AMC for over 2 years now, and never had any issues or misunderstandings with doctors, medical staff or administration personnel. Every visit, no matter what was the reason, ended in not only quality treatment and professinal medical services, but also in thoughtful follow-up calls.
I am not sure if would I visit AMC or not, if I didn't have an insurance policy, because prices are a little over market average. But in my opinion it matches with a quality of service.
Although AMC is a very nice clinic with knowledgeable and friendly doctors, some of their visiting specialists are questionable (one prescribed me medicine that was discontinued by the World Health Organization; nobody at AMC responded to my e-mail expressing concern about the incident) and their billing department is a disaster if you have American insurance. They improperly coded all of my preventative care visits, which resulted in my insurance company charging me for care that should have been covered in full, and were very late in telling me about the additional expenses. If your insurance only covers part of your medical care, the clinic is too expensive and absolutely not worth it. And if your insurance covers your preventative care visits in full, the clinic won't code them properly and you'll get charged anyway.
