Got glasses An contacts here, everyone on staff was nice An friendly. The woman helping me helped find a way to save the most money! I ended up not liking the glasses I ordered an they replaced them with no problem! Recommend this place for vision needs for sure!
Value: Decent. Customer service? Needs a lot of improvement. I would highly recommend a new business restructure, and focus on the customer and sales will come. I have noticed over the years the shift from customer oriented, to number driven. I was misquoted on a price for lenses. ( I had called and asked before hand, I knew the price). When I questioned the price, the representative denied. I called another location and they confirmed the correct price. Yolanda, the representative, has been the final straw. My family's 5+ years of business relationship with America's Best ends today.
First, When I went in to pick up trial pair of contacts the employee that originally helped basically made up a conversation we had 3 days before and told me I was a liar. Now, I love the pair of glasses I bought but unfortunately I have brought them in 3 times to be properly adjusted and they still are not correct. They fall off my face. When I first received glasses they were so distorted I couldn't possibly wear them. Employee insisted I was just not used to them. Fortunately a male employee tried to help me and he adjusted them a bit. My vision was very off- I felt cross-eyes. So I have taken them back 2 times and while the same male employee helped and got them wearable the second time they were still too loose. The third time I went in he wasn't there and no one seemed to know how to adjust them. I will have to take them elsewhere to be adjusted because I can't have crooked glasses falling off. I also wish the eye dr had told me he was correcting for my slight .75 astigmatism with my glasses as I would have considered toric lenses. The transition between contacts and glasses is very noticeable and the astigmatism bothers me but I have 2 12-pack of lenses I can't return. Very frustrated.
Horrible customer service , walked in as an emergency and was shamed away . Right away . The receptionist told me . Oh no you cant be seen today you're going to need an appointment. Hello my eyes are bloodshot red , im teary eyes , and i need something to calm down my eyes . At least to be a looksy exam or something. As a person who works in clinical office as a receptionist , this is the type of customer service we always try to avoid . I will definitely not be back . And don't recommend anyone else.
