I hate leaving such a negative review, because my PT here was great, but as a business they are terrible and not worth your time. They are WAY overpriced, even after insurance (and mine is very good) and although I have not been there in 5 months for therapy, I keep getting bills in varying amounts, always increasing in overall amount, and for things I didn't actually receive (like a $999 knee brace when I broke my ankle...?). Each time I get a bill I call, explain everything, they promise to adjust it, and then I get another bill for even more. At this point it seems criminal, like they were hoping I would not bother to call and argue 7 times or are hoping I just give up and pay. The manager in the billing office, Marie, is terrible. She actually laughed out loud at me multiple times on the phone because I was getting frustrated and sad/upset about the brand new $303 bill I received. I'm sorry, but I happen to live paycheck to paycheck and thought I was done paying you guys when I stopped going there 5 MONTHS ago...or at least 6 calls ago. She was extremely unprofessional and unbelievably rude and I would tell anyone not go to this place simply because of her. Again, my PT was great, but the business is criminal and I wish I had scrolled past the 5 start reviews to get the full picture.
Staff does not know how to schedule appointments at the correct office. Also, was 5 minutes late to an appointment and doctor said he didn't have time to see me and asked me to reschedule again.
Excellent staff and fabulous Doctors who care. Have been a patient 2+ years and have always been treated like a real person, by kind caring staff members and techs. As to Dr. Hunt, he is simply THE BEST!!!
I have visited both the Lowry & Parker location and have had two surgeries with Dr Hurley and Dr Jacobson. I am very grateful for Dr Jacobson and his amazing care and expertise for ankle/foot issues. I have never been disappointed with the staff and highly recommend Advanced Orthopedic.
We have seen both Dr.Worrell and Dr.Jacobson for different injuries. My 9 year old saw Dr. Worrell twice for a broken collar bone and arm. He was amazing with him made him feel very comfortable going there.
I saw Dr. Jacobson for tendon replacement surgery in my ankle and has been an incredible process. He is and has been very realistic with the procedure, what to expect, how long recovery would be. Everything he said would happen did - which is awesome - there were no surprises. Both Drs are top notch.
Will definitely be returning to them if need be and will always recommend them.
