I have visited both the Lowry & Parker location and have had two surgeries with Dr Hurley and Dr Jacobson. I am very grateful for Dr Jacobson and his amazing care and expertise for ankle/foot issues. I have never been disappointed with the staff and highly recommend Advanced Orthopedic.
We have seen both Dr.Worrell and Dr.Jacobson for different injuries. My 9 year old saw Dr. Worrell twice for a broken collar bone and arm. He was amazing with him made him feel very comfortable going there. I saw Dr. Jacobson for tendon replacement surgery in my ankle and has been an incredible process. He is and has been very realistic with the procedure, what to expect, how long recovery would be. Everything he said would happen did - which is awesome - there were no surprises. Both Drs are top notch. Will definitely be returning to them if need be and will always recommend them.
I have had numerous interactions with this clinic. The Doctors are wonderful. Dt Shen was able to remove a cyst from my back & return me to health. Dr Chang has counseled me about the possibility of knee replacement and given me many knee shots. He never pressures me - he said I'd know when the time was right. So far I'm holding off - but when I do need a replacement he'll be the DOC for me. The front office is pleasant & efficient. I'd recommend this practice to anyone needing orthopedic care!
Good doctors but the worse billing and staff help. Kept getting invoices and would have to call and dispute charges. whenever I'd call the lady's answering the phone treat you like garbage and when you state that you want service they say quit talking at them or else they aren't going to help you. Will not ever go here again. Wasted hours on the phone for them processing Claims incorrectly.
If I could give zero stars I would. They optimize "customer no service". Dr Ng is supposed to be pretty good and I think he, but like most drs today he seems too busy to give much attention. I never felt like I got much of a plan to conservatively treat my fractured sesamoid in order to avoid surgery. The orthotics people SUCK. For example. When you recommend a patient comes in to have $400 orthotics fit and checked for correctness, don't tell them you took a late lunch and left the orthotics with the front desk after they drove across town on a work day. You could have just mailed them and saved me an hour of driving and the hour I spent on hold getting appointment in the first place. Worst service I've had in my life just about anywhere. You're fired. Find another clinic unless you are game for endless frustration.
