GCR Expert Advisory Board
The GCR advisors are an international group of medical & data analyst experts who determine, fine-tune and maintain the requirements needs to meet each level of the GCR Score on quarterly basis based on the newest research in the field. They are dedicated to evaluating the criteria requirements of the GCR Score to inspire clinics to excel in providing care of the highest quality and value.
As you can see below, each of our GCR Advisors have diverse experience in healthcare, medical tourism, business, and data analysis including clinical experience in the health care fields that the GCR serves.
Rick Mayes is an associate professor at the University of Richmond, and co-director of the university’s Healthcare Studies major. From 1992-1993, he worked on Medicaid policy in the White House Office for George H.W. Bush and thereafter on health insurance and Medicare policy at the AARP during the health care reform effort of 1993-94.
His many writings have appeared in various medical and mainstream publications, and he has given numerous talks and research presentations on health care policy, finance, delivery and organization including taking groups of University of Richmond students to Peru, the Dominican Republic, Appalachia, and Acadia National Park in Maine on health care research and community service trips.
Chris is the founder of 7connections business coaching. An active consultant, trainer and coach to the UK dental profession, Chris has spent over 15 years witnessing first hand the trials and tribulations faced by dentists today. Chris combines a wealth of knowledge with the originality and independence needed to resolve the thorniest of problems.
A leading authority on the business of dentistry, Chris regularly contributes to the dental press, social media and online. As a speaker Chris is dynamic, energetic and charismatic with boundless enthusiasm for his field of expertise.
Prof. Dušan Meško, M.D., PhD
Dusan has spent most of his career in the domain of University Education & Medicine. After a study stay at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, Minnesota, USA), he became Head of a Sports Medicine Clinic and Vice-Rector for research, science and doctoral study at Comenius University (Bratislava, Slovakia).
He is the author/co-author of 13 medical textbooks and scientific monographs, including 80+ original scientific papers and 300+ scientific lectures. He also serves as Counsel for University and Lifelong Learning to the Minister of Education in Slovakia.
Brandon Cieniewicz, PhD
Brandon is a researcher at the University of Stanford, currently focusing his research on the stem cell transplantation. He has a PhD from S.U.N.Y. State University at Stony Brook and is a worldclass expert on machine learning, data processing & medical research.
Daniel is the "clinic ambassador" of the GCR, through which he advises 100's of medical clinics throughout the world every day from the European company base or in person during clinic assessment visits. He is renowned for providing fact-based action steps for clinic owners to push themselves to exceptionally high standards and achieve great results.
He is also involved as the co-founder of 2 private dental clinics in Slovakia that have provided dental treatment to 1000's of both UK and local patients. He is the author of the MedBeaver Guide to Dental Tourism.
Daniel has also served as a university lecturer for a Master program at Comenius University, taken part in TV documentaries and has been well-received as a as a keynote speaker at events throughout Europe.
