CROATIA: TOP 10 Dental Clinics 2017

According to the GCR’s latest analysis of dental clinics in the Croatia, Polyclinic Rident – Rijeka ranks as the leading clinic in Croatia, when it comes to overall international clinic reputation. A total of 155 dental clinics were included in the study. The average GCR dental clinic quality score was 2.7, demonstrating the huge range of rising healthcare standards available in the country.

The GCR – Global Clinic Rating, the leading provider of healthcare clinic ratings worldwide, aggregated and analyzed dental clinics throughout the Croatia during 2017 including dental clinics in Rijeka, Zagreb and Opatija.

Dental clinics were ranked according to their GCR Score, against other clinics in the same country on the level of apparent expertise, services, facilities and patient feedback available by the clinic. The GCR feedback score for the clinics includes patient rating scores from Google & Facebook and other independent rating providers.

Polyclinic Rident – Rijeka ranked #1 with a GCR Score of 4.46, and ranks #7 from 126,642  dental clinics monitored worldwide, followed by the Kalmar Implant Dentistry d.o.o. (4.36) and the Smile (4.33). It is important to mention that all of this three clinics came out almost top (4.0-5.0) for their Facilities and Feedback Score.

It’s important to point out that the GCR Scores may change daily, depending on what has been recently changed within clinics’ expertise, facilities, services and patient feedback. Every little change within clinic’s profile can affect the overall GCR Score of that particular clinic.

Croatia is in Central Europe, bordering Slovenia, Hungary, Serbia, and Bosnia Herzegovina, and has a long coastline on the Adriatic Sea. Croatia is a relative newcomer to the medical and dental tourism market, offering highly competitive prices for dental treatment such as dental implants cosmetic dentistry, restorative and prosthetic dentistry.

 

With regular, affordable flights to Eastern Europe available from a number of airports, having dental treatment abroad has never been easier and people are more aware of the price differences thanks to adverts and articles about dental tourism. Dental tourism does offer people the chance to save money on dental treatment, but patients still need to check out the quality of what is on offer.

The GCR clinic star symbol represents that the clinic has been officially verified as meeting or being above international medical clinic standards and uses the data provided by the GCR to constantly improve the clinic for their patients. Five clinics in Croatia have achieved the GCR international accredited clinic status.
