- 2 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 4:12; 1 Peter 1:23

- JESUS —Jesus Christ was begotten of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary and is true God and true man. He died for our sins, according to the Scriptures and all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood. He was bodily raised from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father, where He performs the ministry of intercession. He will come again, personally and visibly, to complete His saving work and to consummate the eternal plan of God.
- John 1:1; Galatians 4:4-5; John 3:16; 1 Cor. 15:1-9; John 1:1-5; 1 Peter 1:13
- HOLY SPIRIT —The Holy Spirit lives in us and makes clear to us the heart and mind of Jesus Christ in the course of everyday life. Every follower of Jesus Christ needs to be baptized in and continually filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit empowers and equips us for service. He gives supernatural gifts to those follow the Lord Jesus Christ.

Man sinned against God which resulted in his relationship with God being broken and his authority to rule over creation being taken away. Because of this original sin, everyone now is born with a sinful nature and in desperate need of the gospel of salvation . God’s desire is that all men would be saved. Those who are saved will be kept faithful by God’s grace forever.

- THE GOSPEL The Gospel is the good news concerning God’s plan to reconcile man to Himself and to set him free to live out his unique call and pre-ordained purpose. The plan called for Jesus, the Son of God, to come to earth, face every temptation known to man without sinning, die for every sin committed by man, and then be raised from the dead as one who has overwhelmingly conquered both sin and death. This plan, which Jesus fulfilled in its entirety, has now opened the way for many to follow Him into a life of freedom and authority. All who hear the gospel, believe in their heart and confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord are set free from the bondage of sin and are free to glorify God by enjoying Him forever.

- BAPTISM & COMMUNION —The Lord Jesus Christ appointed two sacraments – Baptism in Water and Communion – both to be observed as acts of obedience and as perpetual witnesses to the central facts of the Christian faith. Baptism is the immersion of the believer in water as a confession of identification with Christ in burial and resurrection. Communion is the eating of bread and the drinking of wine which are symbolic of the Savior’s broken body and shed blood. We do this in remembrance of His sacrificial death, until He comes back.
